AMOC - TYPICA COLOMBIA – NOGALES

An expressive Typica lot from Nogales in Colombia, produced by Oscar Fernando Hernández and his family.

Technically a washed coffee, but with a long controlled lactic fermentation using the RN21 lactobacillus strain.
The result is clean, tropical, and sweet, with notes of tropical fruit like banana, vanilla, and a smooth milkshake-like texture.
